Blue Lagoon Mocktail
Our blue lagoon mocktail is a blue tropical-flavored non-alcoholic drink that is perfect to serve to people of all ages. This brilliant blue mocktail tastes as good as it looks!

- 2 glasses
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp simple syrup
- juice from 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp blue curacao syrup
- pineapple leaves (garnish)
- pineapple wedges (garnish)
- lime wedge (garnish)
Instructions
- Add ice into a cocktail shaker.
- Then add all the liquid ingredients - lemon juice, simple syrup, blue curacao, pineapple juice.
- Shake well.
- Add ice to glass and fill.
- Top with pineapple wedge, lime slices and flowers (optional).
